Usual Returns Policy* We offer every customer a 14 day no risk money back guarantee from the dispatch date on your order. If you decide to return the watch for a refund, you (the customer) is responsible for safe return of goods and cost of postage by Royal Mail Special delivery/ recorded delivery service. MHD can only offer a refund once goods have been returned in original packaging and have been inspected for any damages. If the plastic protection sleeve have been removed and the watch has been worn the 14 day return policy is void.
If your timepiece is damaged and you want a replacement?
MHD works hard to ensure that all watches sent to you are in perfect condition, but occasionally we know that things can get lost or damaged.
We ask every customer to inspect their watch on arrival to check for any flaws, so please keep all of the original packaging until you are happy that you are going to keep your purchase. We cannot accept purchases back unless they are in their original packaging.
In the unlikely event that there is a problem, please email MHD quoting your order number, watch model number, date ordered and using the subject line 'damaged MHD watch' and state whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund.
We will arrange for a member of the team to get back to you as soon as possible to co-ordinate the return of your MHD watch for refund or replacement.
If you have requested a refund (on faulty goods), MHD will refund you your return postage, along with your original order and postage, to your original payment mechanism within 5 working days of MHD receiving your returned purchase.
Alternatively, if you have requested a replacement (on faulty goods), MHD will refund you your return postage and ship you your new MHD watch within 14 working days of MHD receiving your original watch.
Please also note that the majority of our watches are limited editions and our stock is restricted in number. Whilst we do everything we can to issue you with a replacement, occasionally the watch edition will have run out. In this situation, we can offer you an exchange, so that you can choose another timepiece from MHD's collection.
If you decide that your MHD watch is not for you for any reason, then simply email MHD with your order number, watch model number, date ordered and using the subject line that you would like a "refund on MHD watch" and we will co-ordinate the return and refund of your purchase, as soon as we can.

Our standard procedure for repairs and returns are ; we ask our customers to return their watch to MHD for review and pay for shipment. If the watch is found to be faulty we will then refund the shipping.
